A team fully dedicated to cancer surgery

Our surgeons work within the leading comprehensive cancer centre in Europe. Every surgical indication is discussed at a multidisciplinary tumour board, with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and supportive care teams.

This makes it possible to offer, from the first consultation, a single strategy that covers both cancer treatment and reconstruction.

Registration open

31st edition of the university diploma in breast surgical techniques

Thirty-one years means several generations of surgeons trained in breast cancer surgery and reconstruction. Lectures, surgical videos, operating room and clinic observation.

The programme

Latissimus dorsi session, Dr Léo Ouhayoun

9 and 10 September 2026

Dissection course: the latissimus dorsi flap

The latissimus dorsi remains the reference flap in autologous reconstruction, with a scar hidden by the bra and limited morbidity. Dr Léo Ouhayoun leads the session devoted to it at the École du Fer à Moulin in Paris: muscle-sparing flap, TDAP perforator flap, planning and harvest technique.

Course programme

PAP and gracilis session, Dr Jean-François Honart

9 and 10 September 2026

Dissection course: PAP and gracilis flaps

These flaps are an alternative to the DIEP, particularly suited to bilateral reconstruction. They rely on precise knowledge of the anatomy of the inner thigh and on a harvest strategy tailored to each patient. Session led by Dr Jean-François Honart. Sixteen seats.
